ColdCall puts a small networked probe in every fridge, freezer, and walk-in, reading temperature on a schedule, every 15 minutes by default and adjustable per probe, and sending it to a central temperature server that keeps two years of history. The moment a reading crosses a high or low threshold, ColdCall pushes an alert straight to Hailing Frequencies and sends an email and/or text, so the lab knows in minutes instead of at the next manual round.
